Entry-Level Data Entry Job Titles Available
We are hiring for 10 beginner-friendly office roles that require no experience. All roles come with full onboarding and continuous training.
1. Data Entry Clerk
Basic entry of text or numerical information into company databases and software. Accuracy and typing speed are preferred.
2. Document Scanner Assistant
Help digitize documents by scanning physical files and organizing them into folders.
3. Administrative Data Processor
Support daily administrative operations by maintaining spreadsheets, updating reports, and filing.
4. Remote Data Entry Operator
Work-from-home role for applicants with a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
5. Email Data Sorter
Sort, categorize, and input email content into relevant folders or systems.
6. Medical File Entry Assistant
Help input basic patient records and appointment data into healthcare software (HIPAA-compliant training provided).
7. Retail Inventory Input Assistant
Assist eCommerce stores by entering and updating product SKUs, prices, and inventory data.
8. PDF to Excel Converter (Manual Typist)
Convert handwritten or scanned PDFs to digital Excel documents.
9. Survey Response Encoder
Input customer survey responses into digital dashboards for analysis.
10. Typist / Copy Typist
Manual transcription of short handwritten notes, forms, or drafts into a digital format.
Work Schedule Options
- We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, including remote positions.
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Part-Time: Flexible morning or evening shifts (4–6 hours/day)
- Remote: 100% online work (after onboarding & training)
- Overtime opportunities available occasionally with additional pay.
Salary & Benefits

- Starting Pay: CAD $17 – $22/hour
- Overtime Rate: 1.5x base pay
