• Assist customers in locating products, providing information, and answering inquiries about dairy and frozen food items.
• Operate equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dairy and frozen food department, including cleaning spills and sanitizing surfaces.
• Rotate stock and perform regular inventory checks to minimize waste and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, at all times.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
