Role Overview:
As a Cyber Security Professional in the UK, your role is to protect digital assets, systems, and data across networks, infrastructures, and cloud-based environments. You’ll assess vulnerabilities, design defense protocols, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with global and UK-specific data protection standards such as GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur
- Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses, and security assessments

- Implement firewalls, VPNs, encryption protocols, and endpoint protection
- Develop and maintain incident response plans
- Conduct penetration testing and ethical hacking

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in cyber security or information assurance roles
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and data encryption
- Experience with incident response and vulnerability management tools
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
