Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and candidates, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide timely and accurate information regarding our services, job opportunities, application status, and general inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Listen attentively to customer concerns, assess the situation, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant team members. Strive to achieve a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance. Foster rapport and trust through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Job Matching: Assist candidates in identifying suitable job opportunities based on their qualifications, skills, and career goals. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a seamless and efficient placement process.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate client and candidate information in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to data protection regulations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record keeping. Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and candidates to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery. Actively listen to suggestions and proactively implement changes to meet customer needs.
- Compliance and Policies: Stay up to date with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices related to customer service and data protection. Adhere to internal guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain customer trust.

Qualifications:
