Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating all customer-related activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication channels. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist customers in a courteous and efficient manner, providing accurate information and guidance
- Coordinate and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delivery-related issues
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order processing and resolution of customer issues
- Maintain customer databases and update customer records with relevant information, including interactions and order details
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback received through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors
- Provide product or service information to customers, including pricing, availability, and specifications
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer records and order information
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of the industry or product/service offerings is a plus
- Eligibility to work in the UK
