  4. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to company procedures.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with travel money rates and foreign currency trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements related to currency exchange and anti-money laundering procedures.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:
