Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with amenities.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, promotions, and guest activities.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in hospitality management is preferred.
- Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
