• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide information to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Assist in coordinating guest services and requests.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and services.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
