2. Crisis Intervention: Respond promptly to crisis situations and provide appropriate intervention and support.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive and nurturing school environment.
4. Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and formulate personalized counseling plans.
5. Educational Workshops: Conduct workshops on topics related to mental health, stress management, and social-emotional well-being.
6. Referral Management: Coordinate with external resources and make referrals for students requiring specialized assistance.
7. Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality in all counseling interactions while adhering to ethical guidelines.

Education and Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Counseling certification or licensure.
3. Experience in providing counseling services to students.
