Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Eligibility for a work permit and visa sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates.
