Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Construction Site Manager. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction standards.
• Manage project schedules, including the coordination of resources, materials, and equipment to meet project milestones.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring budgetary targets are met.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and site records.
• Resolve any construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays that may arise during the project.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site construction teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in a construction environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction project management software or tools is advantageous.
• Valid work permit or right to work in the United Kingdom.
