Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure cost-effective construction operations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
