Responsibilities:

1. Perform general construction labor tasks under the guidance of supervisors and experienced team members.
2. Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring they are safe and free from debris.
3. Carry and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas.
4. Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials.
5. Dig trenches, excavate areas, and assist with the installation of utilities and structures as required.
6. Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently, following all instructions and safety guidelines.
7. Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers, in their tasks as directed.
8. Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as cutting materials, assembling temporary structures, or framing.
9. Clean and maintain construction tools and equipment, reporting any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
10. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred.
2. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
3. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment, with the ability to operate them safely.
4. Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
6. Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and the willingness to comply with all safety regulations.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to various job sites as required.
8. Effective communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and other tradespeople.
