Responsibilities:

1. Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and masons, in their day-to-day tasks and project activities.
2. Transport and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
3. Support the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, ladders, and other construction aids.
4. Assist in framing, carpentry, and installation of building components as directed by experienced team members.
5. Clear debris and maintain a clean and safe work area to ensure efficient construction operations.
6. Operate basic hand tools and equipment under the supervision of senior team members.
7. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
8. Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor.
9. Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of construction machinery, tools, and work areas.
10. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high-quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a construction helper or in a related role is an asset, but not mandatory.
2. Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced and physically demanding construction environment.
3. Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively with experienced tradespeople to develop skills in the construction industry.
4. Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials is advantageous.
