Job Description

ACTIVE GLOBAL RESPITE CARE PTE. LTD., a leading provider of respite care services in Singapore, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement community outreach strategies to raise awareness of respite care services provided by the organization.
2. Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, social service agencies, healthcare providers, and relevant stakeholders.
3. Conduct presentations and participate in community events to promote the benefits of respite care and educate the public about our services.
4. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create engaging content for digital and print platforms.
5. Identify potential partnership opportunities and establish collaborations to expand the reach and impact of our services.
6. Actively engage with families and individuals seeking respite care services, providing information, guidance, and support.
7. Coordinate and organize community workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance awareness and knowledge about respite care.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities, tracking engagement and feedback to inform future strategies.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and developments in respite care to ensure accurate and informed outreach efforts.
10. Maintain accurate records and reports of community outreach activities, partnerships, and outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, or healthcare administration.
2. Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage outreach activities and partnerships.
5. Knowledge of the local healthcare and social service landscape in Singapore is highly desirable.
6. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach when interacting with individuals and families.
7. Proficient in using digital platforms and social media for outreach and marketing purposes.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
9. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay is advantageous.
10. Singapore citizenship or valid work permit in Singapore.
