Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of HR programs, including performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and company policies.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
