Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality cleaning results.
- Excellent knowledge of various cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with staff and clients.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
- Proficiency in using cleaning-related software or applications is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or overtime, as required.
