  • Provide administrative support to church leaders and staff.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, such as letters, emails, and newsletters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for church leaders and staff.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative support or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is preferred but not required.
