Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor food stock, manage inventory, and control wastage.
- Collaborate with management to introduce innovative recipes and concepts.
- Handle high-pressure situations during peak service hours while maintaining efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
- Expertise in a specific cuisine (e.g., international, Asian, Italian) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Basic English proficiency (additional languages are an advantage).
