Job Responsibilities

As a Butler at Golden Sands Hotel Apartments, your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing a warm and personalized greeting.
Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Attending to guests’ requests and preferences promptly and efficiently.
Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Ensuring guest rooms are well-maintained and immaculate at all times.
Handling room service orders and delivering meals to guests.
Assisting guests with luggage handling and ensuring their comfort.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of the hotel’s services and amenities.
Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs to ensure a memorable stay.
Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Education and Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
