1. Meat Preparation: Skilfully prepare a variety of meats, including cutting, deboning, and trimming, following established procedures and quality standards.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the different cuts of meat, their qualities, and origins to assist customers effectively.
3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections, offering recommendations, and fulfilling special requests.
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper sanitation and adherence to food safety standards.
5. Inventory Management: Assist in managing meat inventory, rotating products to maintain freshness, and notifying management of low stock levels.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Butcher, with knowledge of meat cutting techniques and safety protocols.
