Job Description:

Fundamental Hospitality is currently seeking talented and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team in Dubai. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests through your beverage expertise and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate drink orders and recommend suitable options based on guest preferences.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
• Ensure adherence to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion sizes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
• Uphold all safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using the designated POS system.
• Stay updated on current menu offerings, promotions, and special events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
• Proactively upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Comply with all liquor regulations and policies to ensure responsible alcohol service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a reputable hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic math for cash handling.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
