Job Description:

Edge Creekside Hotel, a premier hospitality destination in Dubai, is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bell Boys to join our team. As a Bell Boy, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon their arrival.
• Assist guests with the handling of their luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles.
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations to assist guests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and entrance.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure efficient guest service.
• Safely store and retrieve guest luggage while maintaining accurate records.
• Adhere to the hotel’s safety and security procedures to safeguard guests and their belongings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel’s grooming standards.
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude towards guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to handle and transport luggage of various sizes and weights.
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options in Dubai is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• UAE driving license is desirable but not mandatory.
