Job Description:

25hours Hotel Dubai One Central, a trendy and innovative hotel in Dubai, is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Bell Boys to join our team. As a Bell Boy, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading and unloading from vehicles.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services.
• Provide assistance with any guest inquiries or requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and entrance.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure efficient guest service.
• Handle guest luggage storage and retrieval accurately and securely.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel’s grooming standards.
• Uphold all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options in Dubai is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• UAE driving license is desirable but not mandatory.
