As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

1. Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, with consistency and attention to detail.
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, suggesting beverage options, and ensuring prompt and friendly service.
3. Beverage Presentation: Garnish and present beverages in an aesthetically pleasing manner to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Cash Handling: Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area throughout the shift.
6. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage coffee supplies, ingredients, and inventory to ensure availability.
7. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our coffee offerings and be able to educate customers about different coffee varieties and brewing methods.
8. Quality Control: Ensure that all beverages meet the company’s quality and taste standards.
9. Health and Safety: Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in barista skills is a plus.
2. Experience: Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Coffee Knowledge: A passion for coffee and a basic understanding of different coffee brewing methods and techniques.
5. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English are desirable. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
6. Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
7. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer orders simultaneously.
8. Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work as part of a diverse team.
9. Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in coffee preparation and presentation.
