Experience:
- 2/3 Years Experience in Related Field
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in closing duties, including cashing out and cleaning the bar area.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and customer service principles.
- Bartending certification or training is a plus.
