  • Coordinate sales orders, ensuring accurate entry and processing in the system.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any inquiries or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support sales efforts.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
