• Provide cost advice and recommendations to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and terms.
• Monitor project costs against budgeted amounts and identify areas for cost savings or cost overrun mitigation.
• Prepare regular cost reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting variances and potential risks.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
