Job Responsibilities:

Apiary Management: Oversee all aspects of the beekeeping operation, including the care and management of bee colonies, honey production, and hive maintenance.
Hive Inspections: Conduct regular hive inspections to assess the health and condition of bee colonies, identifying and addressing any issues or diseases promptly.
Beekeeping Practices: Implement best practices in beekeeping, including feeding, queen rearing, swarm control, and pest management.
Honey Extraction: Coordinate and manage honey extraction processes, ensuring high-quality honey production.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair beekeeping equipment, including hives, frames, and extraction tools.
Staff Supervision: Lead a team of beekeepers and seasonal workers, providing training and guidance as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of hive health, honey yields, and other relevant data.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to beekeeping operations.
Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including bee colonies, equipment, and supplies.
Crop Pollination: Collaborate with agricultural clients for crop pollination services, if applicable.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for apiary operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in beekeeping and apiary management.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
