• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with clients to secure bookings and contracts.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support sales initiatives and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
