- Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timeline and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
