Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
• Provide information to visitors and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and document handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
