Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct ground and simulator training sessions for pilots undergoing type rating or recurrent training on Airbus A320 aircraft.
• Assess pilot performance and competency in areas such as aircraft systems, procedures, and emergency scenarios.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to pilots to enhance their knowledge, skills, and safety awareness.
• Administer proficiency checks and evaluations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with training department staff and flight operations personnel to develop training materials and programs.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and aircraft technology advancements relevant to Airbus A320 operations.

Education and Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with Airbus A320 type rating.
• Certification as a Type Rating Instructor (TRI) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) from a recognized aviation authority.
• Extensive experience as a qualified pilot with significant flight time on Airbus A320 aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of Airbus A320 systems, operations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing training requirements.
