Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all construction activities.
- Monitor progress and quality of work performed by the construction team and subcontractors.
- Conduct inspections and tests on steel structures to identify defects or issues.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel structure construction and supervision.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
