Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics and animations that align with Stylus Asia’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create original graphic designs, illustrations, and animations for digital and print media, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Use industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), to develop high-quality visual assets.
• Incorporate feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members to refine designs and ensure they meet project requirements and expectations.
• Stay informed about design trends, techniques, and tools to continually enhance design skills and creativity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns as needed.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, visual communication, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in graphic design and animation roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs and animations.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and animation software (After Effects, Animate).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
