Job Responsibility

1. Execute daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors to maintain a clean and presentable environment.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring toilets, sinks, and fixtures are thoroughly disinfected and replenishing restroom supplies.
3. Handle the proper collection, segregation, and disposal of waste materials in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
4. Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and equipment to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
5. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents and tools, ensuring streak-free results.
6. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of carpets and upholstery, utilizing vacuuming and spot-cleaning techniques.
7. Implement effective pest control measures, including identifying and reporting any signs of infestation to the appropriate authorities.
8. Monitor and restock janitorial supplies, such as paper products, cleaning chemicals, and equipment, ensuring an adequate inventory.
9. Use specialized cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and carpet extractors, to achieve optimal cleanliness and sanitation standards.
10. Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including sweeping walkways, removing debris, and maintaining trash receptacles.
11. Adhere to established safety protocols, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the safe storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.
12. Report any maintenance or repair needs, such as faulty equipment or plumbing issues, to the designated maintenance staff.
13. Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as washing walls, shampooing carpets, or stripping and waxing floors.
14. Assist with setting up and cleaning up after special events or meetings, ensuring the venue is presentable and ready for use.
15. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient cleaning operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
