Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Provide leadership and guidance to the retail sales team, motivating them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff members.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure product availability.
Coordinate merchandise displays and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and submit sales reports and other operational reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment among the team.
Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide feedback for performance improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Retail Store Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in visa sponsorship processes is a plus.
