The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks and providing support to both staff members and visitors. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain and update office records, including files, documents, and databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records of expenses.
  • Provide general administrative support to different departments as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
