Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers and provide warm welcome at check-in counters and departure gates.
  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and seat assignments.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities.
  • Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and courteously.
  • Handle ticketing and reservations inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
  • Assist with boarding procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations and on-time departures.
  • Upsell ancillary services such as upgrades, lounge access, and in-flight amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions and transactions.
  • Uphold company policies and adhere to aviation industry regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the airline industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills for handling reservations and check-in procedures.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
