Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers and provide warm welcome at check-in counters and departure gates.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and seat assignments.
- Provide information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities.
- Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and courteously.
- Handle ticketing and reservations inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Assist with boarding procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations and on-time departures.
- Upsell ancillary services such as upgrades, lounge access, and in-flight amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions and transactions.
- Uphold company policies and adhere to aviation industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the airline industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for handling reservations and check-in procedures.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
