- Arranging reservations for dining, transportation, and activities.
- Assisting with luggage handling and valet services.
- Ensuring the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhering to security and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
