Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks.
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking their orders.
- Demonstrating expertise in mixing and presenting drinks according to established standards.
- Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborating with wait staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Handling payments accurately and processing transactions.
- Maintaining knowledge of the menu, including specials and promotions.
- Upselling drinks and suggesting pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and providing recommendations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
