Key Responsibilities:
- Chauffeur Services: Provide courteous and reliable transportation services to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience to and from various locations.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with luggage handling, provide information about the hotel and local attractions, and offer personalized service to meet their needs.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the hotel vehicles, conducting regular inspections, and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic regulations, hotel policies, and safety procedures to ensure the safety of guests and other road users.
- Concierge Support: Collaborate with the hotel’s concierge team to coordinate transportation schedules, reservations, and other guest requests.
- Professionalism: Uphold Hilton’s high service standards, ensuring a polished appearance, demeanor, and excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and related expenses, as required by the hotel’s policies.
Requirements:

- Driving License: Possess a valid UK driving license or an equivalent license from the candidate’s home country.
- Experience: Previous experience as a professional chauffeur is required, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
