Responsibilities:

1. Harvesting: Skillfully pick a variety of fruits and vegetables, following proper harvesting techniques to maintain the quality and freshness of the produce.
2. Sorting and Grading: Carefully sort and grade harvested fruits and vegetables based on size, ripeness, and quality standards.
3. Packing: Efficiently package the picked produce, ensuring appropriate storage and transportation to preserve freshness and prevent damage.
4. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment and working in fields or orchards to promote a safe working environment.
5. Productivity Targets: Work diligently to meet daily and weekly production targets, contributing to the overall efficiency of the harvesting process.
6. Crop Inspection: Observe and report any signs of pests, diseases, or irregularities in the crops to supervisors for appropriate action.
7. Farm Support: Assist in general farm maintenance tasks and support farm operations as required.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow pickers and supervisors to achieve collective goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

1. Physical Endurance: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, engage in physically demanding tasks, and lift heavy loads if required.
