Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and financial forecasts for the organization.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
4. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
5. Financial Planning: Assist in developing long-term financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
6. Taxation: Oversee tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
7. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
8. Team Management: Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
9. Financial Decision Making: Provide financial insights and guidance to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
2. Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role is required.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office applications.
5. Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
6. Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for financial analysis and decision-making.
7. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide the finance team.
