Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the night care team, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure that person-centered care is delivered to meet residents’ individual needs.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents’ care plans.

- Promote a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and appropriately.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader within a care home setting is essential.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a night care team and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of person-centered care and relevant regulations and standards.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
