Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Supermarket/Bakery Supervisor or in a similar role within the retail or hospitality industry is essential.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team and operations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
4. Knowledge of supermarket/bakery products and operations.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and occasional evening shifts.
7. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
