4. Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail making, and bar equipment.

6. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and occasional evening shifts.
7. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
8. Must meet the eligibility criteria for a work permit to work in the UK.
