Salary & Benefits: QAR 3,500 – 4,500/month (based on experience) + accommodation allowance, transportation, medical insurance, and annual flight ticket
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, resolving complaints, processing orders, and making sure every interaction leaves a good impression. Some days will be busy, some slower, but every day you’ll be part of a team that actually listens to feedback and works together to improve.
We’re not looking for someone who just reads from a script. We want a real problem-solver who can think on their feet and treat every customer like they matter — because they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional manner
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed, following up until they’re fully closed
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve the overall customer journey
- Meet daily/weekly targets for response time and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus, not a requirement)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, sales, or retail role
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage
- Valid Qatar residence permit or ability to obtain one (visa sponsorship provided for the right candidate)
Skills & Experience
- Clear, confident communication — both spoken and written
- Patience and a calm head, even when things get hectic
- Comfortable using basic computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- A positive attitude that customers can actually feel through the phone
