Job Summary:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Your ability to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can effectively manage client portfolios and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Understand clients’ financial goals and needs, providing them with personalized solutions and investment advice.
  3. Regularly communicate with clients to update them on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
  4. Develop and implement client retention strategies to enhance client engagement and minimize churn.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
  6. Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, making adjustments based on their risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as wealth management and financial planning, to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
  9. Prepare and present reports on client engagement, portfolio performance, and business development activities to senior management.
  10. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  11. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base and build new relationships.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all client interactions.
  13. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, conducting needs assessments and providing a seamless client experience.
  14. Handle any other relationship management-related tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a client-facing role within the financial or banking industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Sound knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to provide effective solutions to clients’ needs.
  6. Customer-centric attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  7. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  8. Effective communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  9. UAE residency or work permit is required for local applicants; visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
  10. Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
