Job Summary:

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests. Your warm personality, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guests’ needs will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements.
Present menus to guests, providing information about daily specials and recommending dishes and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper table etiquette and presentation.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience, addressing any requests or concerns with professionalism.
Monitor tables and promptly respond to guests’ needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Handle cash and process payments accurately, issuing receipts to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
Assist in setting up and preparing the dining area for service, including arranging table settings and decorations.
Adhere to health and safety standards, following proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Attend to special requests, such as arranging birthday celebrations or accommodating dietary preferences.
Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, reflecting the values and image of our establishment.
Assist in other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisors to support the overall dining operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Customer-focused approach with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physically fit to stand, walk, and carry trays comfortably during the shift.
UAE residency or work permit is required for local applicants; visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.
